Bus Pass Renewal Dates

School Year 2026-27 Application Periods


All school bus applicants (both paid and free-status riders) must apply on a quarterly basis per the schedule provided below:

Quarter 1: Jul. 13 to Aug. 7, 2026
Quarter 2: Sept. 14 to Oct. 12, 2026
Quarter 3: Dec. 7, 2026 to Jan. 8, 2027
Quarter 4: Feb. 22 to Mar. 22, 2027

    • All students must reapply quarterly for a valid school bus pass.

      • MVA, 1100 Status, CEP, Round Trip, One-Way, etc.

Bus Stop Locations

Tips include:

  • When inserting the home address in the “Search” window (with zip code), DO NOT use hyphens or dashes in the street number. For example, “41-906 Kalanianaole Highway” should be entered as “41906 Kalanianaole Highway” instead. 

  • If the search does not render a match, double check the spelling of the street name and other related data. If this doesn’t work, remove the zip code from the search window.
